How Will Healthcare Reform Affect Me?

At Dzeel Clinical Healthcare we are working hard to stay on top of all the regulations and changes mandated by healthcare reform.  One of the many new requirements of healthcare reform is that we provide you with a standard Notice of Exchange from the Department of Labor.

However we understand that you might also need guidance on how the law will affect you personally.  To assist you with this, please visit:  Health Insurance Marketplace exchange starts October 1, 2013.

The main focus of healthcare reform is to make sure that every citizen of our country has health insurance or pays an uninsured tax penalty.  You can avoid the tax penalty by purchasing your own individual medical insurance plan or by participating in an employer sponsored program if eligible.

Our employer-sponsored plan is available to all employees.  We have reviewed the regulations and we believe that our plan meets the minimum requirements.  If you are participating in our plan, you should not incur an uninsured tax penalty.
